Pros

- Leadership is comprised of seasoned sales pros, experienced, friendly, and collaborative - no jerks - Opportunities to make big money and there are a lot of multi-million dollar deals - We can help most companies transform their businesses and solve big problems - Enablement driven from the top down is meaningful - Helpful teammates - Sales support staff is very good - AI solutions - Great industry leading products - Reps who do their job can make $500k-$1M or more W2

Cons

- Sometimes you have to do a bit more selling internally to get the price or deal structure you want - Competition for the best resources - Many approvals needed for the most creative deals; but it’s getting much better pretty quickly with the latest shift in leadership - At times services and managed services teams tend to add too much scope with drives the price up
