Get to work with fortune 500 companies. Great opportunity for fresh graduates.

Cons

They get you to do 4 roles for the price of 1. Very low salary for end to end resources. Everybody is stressed due to plenty of workload since there are only few resources left as many employees left already. There should be a training for trainers.

Health card, educational assistance, 13th and 14th month pay, Rice and Transportation allowance, convertible sick leave, etc.

Cons

Bootcamp training is provided however it isn't enough to fully cover the process that they have in prod. You'll have productivity target that you'll need to meet. Besides the time sheet, you also have billing sheet - each task you have has equivalent time where you can bill it and you need to complete at least 8 hours per day. If you don't have tasks in your team, you'll need to get tasks from the other team. Developers are expected to be the analyst, QA, and integrator. You also have a Training Progress Report which you'll present your progress in front of managers from your GEO.
