At Opentext our employee’s wellness is at the heart of all our attention. We do encourage our employees to book all their holidays and enjoy the well-deserved time off. We would recommend that you contact your HR business partner or your manager if you feel you need guidance on how to get to a convenient work life balance.

Pros

- Good for new hires. Easy to be promoted because of the JEDI Initiative. You can be promoted by just getting certification. - Easy to file vacation leave.

Cons

- Not competitive salary for end-to-end EDI works(Analysis, Development, QA & Integration). Two years have passed since we transition from 1 role to 3-4 roles but still no compensation changes. - They take the tenured resource for granted. - No long term solution for increasing attrition rate (Overtime is their solution). - Too much project for decreasing number of tenured resource.
