      Great benefits: 1) Great pay. 2) Free cab service. 3) Gym fee and educational course reimbursement. 4) Employee friendly environment. 5) lots of opportunities to learn new things. 6) The manager will listen to your innovative ideas to improve the product(at least in my case). 7) Allows you to test your idea.

      Cons

      1) Food can be improved. 2) Hikes are less.

      Pros

      Great products and services. Recognized by 3rd party research firms as the market leader in information management. Very well positioned in a growing and thriving industry. Good work/life balance and desire to give back to the community. Very smart people in a diverse and global company. Desires to be the number 1 company in the world in their sector and has the ability to be just that. Not afraid to take risks and be a leader in the market. Is focused solely on information management related sectors and not distracted by other areas.

      Cons

      Because of their aggressive acquisition strategy (approx. 1 per quarter) there is a lot of change and you need to be able to adapt. Acquisition brings disruption to the business and the need to incorporate new staff and cultures into the business.

      The company clearly invests a lot into their employees to ensure success is a mutual goal. The teams and management have been extremely supportive, and the onboarding process has been informative.

      Cons

      There are a lot of products to familiarize yourself with which can be daunting at times.
