Pros

- smart, competent individual contributors - solid culture in sales and marketing - 15 days of vacation for new hires - flexible job opportunities

Cons

- low morale (two layoff rounds each year to make up for lacking revenue contribution) - no incentives for excellent performance, no bonus - outdated products attempting to keep up with changing market through selective verbiage in marketing campaigns - zero training for new hires - job security is dependent on who you know leaving plenty of incompetent leaders in place - good old boys club. Cmo is sole female executive and chosen due to being former ceos wife's good friend

Pros

Work life balance is good.

Cons

Salary is way too low in some of the business unit. Pay is not aligned with the rest of market.
