Well recognize business leader in software industry. Strong believer in work life balance. Ample vacation time. Great benefits, open door policy, take the needs of employees into consideration. Coop program for graduates. Free coffee and drinks.

Cons

Need to keep more jobs on shore. Provide more opportunities to advance employees in roles within rather than hiring from outside.
