Pros

Pros - very flexible working time, management helps you learn and encourages professional development through performance reviews. Ability to self-manage and direct. The flexibility is key and accomplishments are noted.

Cons

Glass ceiling, like any company, you have to involve yourself in office politics to get ahead. Concern that the turnover is very high if you promote too far ahead, you risk losing your job. Quietly support PD but when it comes down to completing it, seems that it's mostly talk. Salary seems stagnant, told we cannot receive raises although the company is hitting highest profit margin to date.

Pros

Flex time and work from home

Cons

Flex time and work from home depends on manager and not on type of job. Should be even policy across the board.
