Pros

- Good people - Good technologies - Good reference base

Cons

- Young and inexperienced management - Comp is just ok - Expectation to move to the mothership in Waterloo to advance - Habitual acquirer of technoogy and fusing them together -- not a strength

Pros

Growing company. Lots of opportunities to move around in the organization. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Management doesn't communicate their goals in a way that is understandable and meaningful to the regular staff. Not very organized at the management level, leads to confusion at the "doer" levels.
