Pros

Excellent co-workers that take the mundane out of the day-to-day existence that is Open Text. Sometimes you can just do your own thing, which can be a plus.

Cons

Business units are not on the same page. It's also difficult to get anywhere in the company. Outstanding work is rewarded with a pat on the back, but nothing more "productizes" out of it. In short, you never get anywhere. It's a good place to go put in the hours it requires to get a paycheck. Nothing more.
