Pros

the potential to make money is always there, provided you don't get caught up with the fact that the company is losing money and market share so fast, you wonder why you are still there.

Cons

there is far too much politics involved to comfortably do your job. You have to pick and choose a group of people to side with, and hope they stick with you throughout your job, otherwise, it gets very dirty.

Pros

ECM market leader, relatively high bonus percentage. flexible working environment.

Cons

Discrimination against foreign born workers. High turn over of management, 5 different managers in 3 years. Lack of career developement and no much recognition of job well done. Dismal face time and communication to direct report. Pretty much a body shop in the Global Services. Senior Management (not top) do not care much about people under them. Very bad at keeping valuable people. Low base salary compared with market rate.
