Too many chiefs with no ability to make decisions Everyone works in Silos No one is empowered to improve processes Want positions to reside in Canada since they are "HQ" or in Manila since it's so cheap to employ there. Company doesn't care about quality of work Company doesn't care about customers

Unfortunately the employees mentioned above became few and far between due to very poorly managed layoffs and the people that had true value add were eliminated leaving only those that do not know how to make any decision about anything, don't know or care to learn their process. Everything is disconnected and convoluted, customer service is outsourced and extremely inefficient. It's a shame to have seen previously functioning teams dismantled and broken down into horrible processes and handed over to people that are not capable of performing the required tasks.
