Pros

There really are none, if your manager isn't out to save their own rear his manager is out to save his.

Cons

No advancement, being the target of unfounded accusations, having to placate idiots. You name it, this company is the worst of any of that.

Pros

I get to work from home. *See cons

Cons

They took away work from home privileges from everyone. They decided for us that it wasn't a benefit. When they acquired the company I came from I heard they were just a mergers and acquisitions company. I heard right. They brag about how well the company is doing and then they don't share with the employees.
