Very toxic. - Management will not tolerate self criticism and prefers to parade their accomplishments instead of fixing issues that are holding the company back. - Overbearing bureaucracy that wastes precious time. Strict approval process that requires simple approvals to go to the CEO. For instance, getting a Mac laptop or low margin approval go to Mark B.
