Pros

This place need engineering talent badly. Engineer has job security because dev managers don't know anything. If you need to get foot in door, this is good place to start because competitive candidates don't want work here. It's good place for average pay check.

Cons

Unfortunately, most negative comment about company in true. Company grows by acquisition, they acquire companies, cut fat and hold on to make back money; company don't know how to grow through successful technology or products. Big joke. They treat employees like garbage. The leadership and management profiling employees and getting away with whatever they can. During exit interview they ask positive glassdoor reviews from employees. If offered severance, they want you to sign agreement to never speak out against the company or file law suit. I advise have lawyer assist with negotiations in this circumstance.

Pros

somewhat flexible with your set day schedule. As long as you put in 8 hours, didn't mind you coming in early and leaving early; or coming in a little late and leaving later.

Cons

When I first started there, I was very excited and looked forward to going into the office every single day but then quickly saw those in charge of the project did not truly care for it or their employees. High turnover (people left within 2-4 weeks of starting) because we all knew there was better morale and pay for the exact same position elsewhere.

Pros

After reading through several negative posts, I felt compelled to write a review of my own. My experience has been very positive. The enthusiasm within the sales team is contagious. I've found all of my co-workers to be very pleasant and eager to help when needed. We have great products to sell and the resources to be successful.

Cons

Change is constant due mainly to mergers and acquisitions but also plans for future growth. If you're not easily adaptable, this may not be the right company for you. Because our portfolio is so diverse, there is a lot to learn for anyone new to OT and it can be a bit overwhelming.
