Pros

They will give you a competitive salary when you are new to the company. They offer a month long paid boot camp. FLM's support your career goals. They encourage you to use all your vacation leaves(paid leaves). Benefits other than the salary is great. Possibly even the best out there.

Cons

You will be competing with your salary after just year with the current state of the economy as the annual increase is negligible(~2.5% per year increase on average). You'll be doing 5 roles for the pay of 1. The use a proprietary software so don't get too comfortable or you'll be stuck there. There are only a handful of team with a great culture. Mandatory 3x a week onsite. 5days a week if your still in probationary period(1st 6mos.)
