Internal processes are often complex and sometimes inefficient, which can impact productivity. Career growth opportunities exist but may require patience and proactive effort, as advancement isn’t always clearly structured. Communication between leadership and teams can also be inconsistent at times.

Weird politics, uncommunicative management, and generally not a good environment. A lot of politics, backstabbing, and not communicating with employees -- not a great way to help employees thrive.
