Pros

> Stable company > "Okay" health benefits > Some growth potential > Good employee atmosphere and high respect amongst managers

Cons

> Micromanagement from top down. (Overly managed by CEO) > Typical large company controls on salary growth and value. Limited to 3% cola controls or less given your manager. > Lot of top management want "yes" people around them. > Lots of "peter principle" elevation due to brain drain. (Smart people leave for better opportunity)
