Upper management seems to do everything they can to save/make a buck. Offshoring and routine layoffs are not a good look.

Free food, cab facility, few good people

Cons

Frequent layoffs (quarterly), No/minimal hikes, politics, you will not able to survive if you do not have connections inside the company.

Cannot think of any thing.

Cons

They do not value their employees and do not treat them as a valued asset. Workplace is toxic and management does not back their employees. Work life balance if terrible and the second you experience personal problems they will cut you without warning or writeup.
