What I signed on with was great, and I got shiny promises of bonuses I soon learned my managers would never sign off on

Cons

A lot of the people that helped me learn the codebase and social hierarchy have left since I joined. My raises haven't been above the cost of living increase. The safety net feels like a friend group of 40ish-year-olds trying to keep each other employeed

Decent salary. Fairly open management structure.

Cons

Their algorithm for tracking office attendance doesn't work (doesn't account for temp badges or holidays) They repeatedly lay off top talent without bothering to ask about their contributions. Their physical security team is 25 hours away.
