Good team, work life balance, smooth on boarding, quick reply from hr on any concerns

Cons

Hike very less, single digit for most of them (I did not get anything this year, lets see next year)

Pros

Work life balance Decent pay for new Joiners and freshers Office infra. Job security PL - 21, SL - 5 Health Insurance of 4 LPA Notice Period 2 months

Cons

No growth at all. You will feel like you have been stuck at your job. Health insurance for parent is being paid by employees. Not much hike (4-5%) No promotion Too much micromanagement, JIRA follow up by Manager. Daily status to be send to Manager everyday in few projects. Bad Management. No free food. Cab is limited to few areas.
