Pros

The company really seems to care about you (the employee) even during the COVID crisis and when the company does better than expected, you get to see that in a form of a bonus.

Cons

Some fo the benefits are not competitive. 401k match is almost a joke.

Pros

Well compensated, too many people to keep track of.

Cons

Nothing matters outside of the image of running smoothly. Poor project planning, arbitrary deadlines, plenty of turnover, hiring consultants rather than employees as replacement with no training, no information sharing unless you have the secret password, or title.
