Pros

Some acquired companies have fantastic people working at them. Overall OpenText is not the worst, but far from the best.

Cons

OpenText destroys company culture and profits, focusing instead on useless internal renaming/initiatives/rules. Employees are not trusted and additional rules are added so nobody has any flexibility. The goal seems to be to squeeze as much short term profit from a company as possible and then move on to the next one.
