Pros

The office in Waterloo, ON is close to other Software companies that are hiring Salary if you negotiated at time of hiring Benefits Other parts of the company might be okay (outside of R&D)

Cons

Incapable of Research and Development. Proficient at running products into the ground. More interested in getting loans from banks and grants from governments than actually developing products Management has an inane amount of layers and most people are unqualified for the their management positions Worked at over 7 companies. This company had the worst culture I have ever seen. Kiss behind, back stab, promote your friends. Grown men acting like Beta males. Culture of bullying and intimidation
