Pros

You will experience the great work life balance in opentext. The company is grown to the extent where it is by a lot of acquisitions. Consistent work culture across the product teams.

Cons

Not much scope for individual development. Low growth curve unless you are part of the team that works on a popular money making product.

Pros

Very competitive salary and benefits. Afforded an opportunity to work on a modern technology stack. Lots of time off. Strong company overall.

Cons

Have to work long hours leading up to major releases. The team feels a bit understaffed at times. They have a penchant for layoffs.
