Pros

Nice organization with great products and plenty of learning opportunities for those who are eager to grow. Friendly atmosphere, and I have been working here for a long time. Growth depends on your ratings and manager feedback. No need to panic, as most companies have policies around organizational restructuring based on business needs and performance. If you are worried about layoffs, focus on maintaining strong performance and continuously upgrading your skills. Free transportation and food for all the employes, 4 days working from office currently and 5 days WFO from September, FYI.

Cons

Employees should be recognised if they have contributed.
