Pros

None, I come from the legacy of HPE then MicroFocus and now acquired by Opentext, HPE & MF used to be good management.

Cons

Though OT used to say we see all the employees as one, there is discrepancy, legacy HPE/MF employees are used to get fired. And the security guy and site HR will be out of the room right after you attend the layoff call with your manager. What kind of gesture is that? you give 30 mins times once laidoff and why would the HR & site admin should stand outside and see what you do next? Pathetic.

Pros

Pros is transport and food facility

Cons

Worst management and dirty politics they do quarterly lay-offs,if you see the trend even ceo and higher management people change quarterly, they removed more than 800 employees in March 2026 who did really perform well and got good performance ratings in recent appraisal, and they have a plan in coming June 2026 with a big number, kindly do due diligence before joining Opentext
