Everybody is super friendly and very supportive. I've left a bunch of reviews on different past employers, and most of them are mediocre because, honestly, most employers suck. The people who run OpenWater seem like really decent people. They try hard to be conscientious and fair. Like another review said, the culture here is definitely quirky, which I like a lot. In all, I'm really happy to be working here.
