If you want to die before death then please join openxcell Technolabs. Concentration on just top managers level people,beware to join this company if you joining as developer you will be in prison, all the time one manager sit on your head and asking you for update every hour. AC switch off during 2 hours at noon time daily , no matter how summer is going on. You will not allowed to go out of office during work time even for 5 minutes for food ,neither any peon is there to do that for you. Appraisal is not acceptable and reasons they provide is, if we will give you high hike, others will feel bad.well, I am here to work not to make any relations. They never trust employees,on asking for medical leaves you have to prove that you are actually sick. Not cleanness is maintained in comapny.since last 5-6 years, they are using same cup of tea which you even can't smell. sometimes for some days (week / 15 days), work timing is morning 8 to evening 8 without paying over time and reason they giving is company target not achieved. No extra activities, no any festival celebratration, nothing. Too less holidays and that to granted after much more efforts and you have strong reason to prove.
