Pros

Dynamic and diverse environment. Smart HR-Team that completely follows their commitments. Work load but not a work pressure. Very very polite behavior of management. (Specially for iOS Dept. manager.) Transpatent managment. I was allowed twice to a part of this company and that's great period for me in this company, I really enjoyed tenure I spent here.

1)fix salary date 2)Nice working opportunity to work and given equal work opportunity for every one 3)Decent increment 4)

Cons

i found only one cons in openxcell is that they are more concentrate on design sight then core functionality of the Mobile app.even tester is also test only design ,font,color etc .....they were not test in core functionality .core functionality will be tested by either developer or client..

Pros

It really matters to have on time salary as I need to pay my loan and salary. Work culture and co-workers are very good. I am working here for 3 years but never faced any problem.

Cons

As the company is service oriented they always have to chase targets. If they get into product or recurring revenue business, it will be good for all.
