Pros

Good place to start your career. Ample opportunities and scope for growth and development. My manager was very supportive and cordial. The environment is light and doesn't feel very corporate, we feel like we are working with friends. Salary always on 1st day of month. I left due to some personal reasons, will definitely join back if I get a chance.

Cons

At times, the work pressure is little high but it always helped me plan and organize my work. The applications I worked on were very different in nature so I had to research a lot which is good in a way but it was very time consuming and leads to some frustration as we had to work in tight deadline. But overall the learning was good. Every CON has a learning attached to it! :)

Pros

For someone who has a family, OpenXcell is probably one of the best places to work in Ahmedabad. The salary is ALWAYS on time. Work - life balance is great as well. You shall never be asked to work extra hours or come in to work early unless it is absolutely necessary. Leaves are granted almost instantaneously. There is good rapport among the team members.I joined here almost a fresher and i was given very good training. Each and every policy was explained in detail by the HR team (I pestered them too much, but they were never impatient even once.)

Please try and plan more activities for us.

Timing is good. Don't pressurise to work late. Good if you don't like to work late

Cons

Can't go outside of company in working hours. Not all Saturday is leave
