Thank you for taking the time to post regarding your experience while working at Opensoft. We do value input from employees, both former and current, as it's the only way we can grow and improve. We're sorry you felt stressed when dealing with our CEO. I've sat in on meetings myself where everyone in the room grows very impassioned regarding the topic at hand. We encourage strong personalities and strong opinions. While we do not tolerate verbal abuse by anyone in the company, we do not discourage loud debates and disagreements, as long as the passion stays focused on the ideas being debated and does not take the form of personal attacks. We sincerely hope you have found an employer that grants you the teamwork you clearly liked at Opensoft, together with a less passionate work environment. Best of luck as you grow in your career.
