Pros

High paying and no one knows what to do so it is easy to look like a star Annoyingly inclusive

Cons

If you are looking for mentorship and learning this is not the place Management is scattered and has no focus Product is lackluster at best No clear leadership with experience Ego driven and lots toxic culture Extremely nepotistic

Great Opportunities, Decent Pay, Remote Work

Pros

Love the flexibility of being remote. Upper management doesn't micromanage in our department (PRL). Starting pay is decent with equity and benefits. Lots of potential with Opentrons to use it's technology to greatly expand over the next several years, especially with a Softbank investment boost.

Cons

Health benefits (Cigna) are horrible. Basic claims often denied, had to call 20 different providers for dental before someone took us. Ortho not covered.

plenty of growth opportunities lots of chances to define your role exposure to more than just whats "in your job description" great pay

extremely fast paced demanding high expectations work life balance could definitely be more encouraged
