Pros

The work is extremely interesting and most people are very passionate and smart. The environment is very free form and the organization is extremely flat. Also, what the company is actually doing is awesome. The product fits the market, is going to help science, and is extremely customer oriented. They're really an excellent company and are on the road to do some amazing things.

Cons

- Stress level can be high - Slow to fire bad employees (at least in a single case)

Pros

-Amazing product that is hitting a niche in the market and capitalizing -Incredibly smart and dedicated team of people looking to make a difference -Free lunch every day and 100% covered healthcare -Relaxed office environment -No office politics constraining decision making and actionable strategies

Cons

Not particularly a con for me, but can see for others: fast-pased decision making and quick movement on strategies. Things change often and it can be a bit much for those used to very regimented and corporate work environments.
