8yThanks for you input! We know working out of town is difficult and that's why we provide the per diem among other things. We also make it a point to explain in our job postings and new hire paperwork that our crews will go where the customer has work to be done. We would love to know what you mean by "respect for co-workers" and "practice what you preach" since those are very vague statements.
