-schedule flexibility -feels like a small business in the fact that everyone knows each other, you're not just a number -family-like feel -great benefits -CEO cares about your personal future not just what you can do for the company and takes an interest in everyone from the lowest man on the totem pole to the highest. -They provide or reimburse for car, phone, computer, and other costs involved with travel -faith-based company **Friendly PSA** you will have to actually WORK in this company. If you are looking for an easy, clock in-clock out, get away with doing as little as possible and still get paid, get a raise every year just because you're breathing type of job this company is NOT for you. Management expects a lot and expects their employees to go above and beyond, show initiative and work ethic BEFORE they reward you with more pay, bonuses, etc. They fully believe that you "sow in seed before you reap the harvest" which is biblical in nature. If you feel that you are entitled and have no room to grow than this company is NOT for you. BUT if you have VISION, want to work hard, are passionate in life, want to grow personally and in a career not just a job. Then you will fit in just fine!
