Really don't know where to start everybody loves to hear positive thinking The only thing is you have a bunch that don't want to know a problem because they may have to act on it instead I will ignore it and the good help will finally quite and all will go away We will hire some more that's why turnover is so high All good unless you are in with your boss and tell them what they want to hear and feel Let me keep getting the peanuts while y'all sit back and think of ways you grow a business that has screwed there customers from bare ground to towers Will continue to keep positive because what goes around will come again

They strongly believe in the core values that they have set in place and try to live them not only in the work place but in life in general as well. Very family oriented and Christian based company. They really understand when circumstances arise and you need to take time off. As long as you get your work done its never a problem. My co-workers are amazing, it's more like a family than work. Teamwork is a huge part of working for NaturChem. You have to be willing to adapt to change.
