Pros
Some good people but NONE that will back another employee. Employees are too afraid of retribution. So sad for a company that claims to be christian motivated company. Monthly meetings via telephone conferences with a preacher and most employees attending the phone conference call smile and act as though they will follow the christian word. But not at work, maybe in their private life......probably not.
Cons
Admin staff use the title "sister wifes" when they get together. They pay well but you give up your integrity, your life, and your morals to work for this backwoods group. They have no respect for woman and in truth, they have no respect for anyone that is not a blood member of the almighty family. Management has few skills, most of which are NOT skilled in managing people. Some of the management team actually sleep in their office while professing to working hard while others have filed personal bankruptcy but are in charge of huge contracts and budgets. Others use the company credit card as an additional means of personal spending. Dating within the office is not frowned upon even if the parties are married to others. Use of racial slurs, brow beating employees, belittleing employees, lieing, cussing, etc. not a place to work if you want to go in do your job and go home. An office manager said it best on glassdoor: Needs new management from owner down. Three times in 2014 they couldn't meet payroll. General managers, operation managers all need to be replaced. Will be your friend to your face. Then stab you in the back If you go to management with an idea unless it is theirs it wont happen. No communication with this company at all. They do like their little secrets. And they LOVE to point fingers at and blame anyone other then themselves. You work you buns off while you are there and all vacation hours earned are NOT paid if you leave or get "let go." Amother way for them to steal what you have earned. And please dont get hurt on the job. They WILL find a way to get rid of you because they think you will comtinue to cost them monry. I guess accidents are on purposes at Naturchem.
