Cons

This company does not put enough stock into their employees. They expect you to bring in money for the company, but do not take time to care about their employees that do this. I have never seen so much turnover in a company before. They really need to care more about keeping good employees rather than be a turn over mill.

Pros

Good opportunity to gain recruiting and sales experience to further your career. Fun office environment and chance to earn great money if your patient. Tour facilities and network with hiring managers. Work parties are awesome. Owners are a lot of fun to be around.

Cons

Marketing/sales calls drain most people. And you better make them if you want to keep your job. Commission could be better and total comp is often exaggerated during the interview. Need better leadership in the Washington offices. Their stats prove this and most of their strong performers have left or are leaving. Turnover is very high.
