Friendly staff and positive work environment.

Cons

The compensation structure was lucrative for the business but not for the Recruiter. It was extremely difficult to receive commission and the base pay is low.

Got a job through them. I really like the job, just do not like working through Opti!

Cons

They do not pay by direct deposit. Payroll dept does NOT make sure the checks are in the mail before leaving for holiday! Payroll check RARELY makes it by Sat, when it is put in the mail, if you do not pick it up! They do NOT do anything to assure you get your pay on time! It is never their fault, always the post office or someone else's fault.

Co-workers and immediate managers work hard and have fun.

Cons

Upper management plays favorites and only cares about their own financial growth. Commission stated during interviews is grossly inflated.
