Culture, your coworkers, work from home, free lunch every week

Cons

Company culture changed once we got acquired by Black Knight. Not as fun of a place to work at this point as it was but it’s still light years ahead of other companies.

Actively was trying to improve benefits over the last couple years.

Cons

Pay is lower than industry. In some departments there is favoritism towards legacy employees and expecting employees to consistently work long hours. Micromanaging. Also was just recently sold to Black Knight and benefits in most places have been reduced and cost more for employee.
