Pros

Salary, training, management, industry leader, products that I am proud of and can really stand behind. Company size ~300 employees is really the sweet spot in terms of balance between resource bandwidth and freedom from hierarchical red tape allowing you to actually do your job. WFH flexibility.

They do not micromanage, inspire employees to lead their own work. The company has a lot of perks: massages, free lunches and beverages, gym memberships, etc.

Cons

The 401K matching is limited.
