      Growing is tough but it

      Pros

      The growth of the company has opened up many opportunities for everyone in the company. The management team has an open door policy and listen to those who choose to take advantage of that.

      Cons

      The growth has been fairly quick so it can seem a bit disorganized at times however the company and management is fully aware and doing what they can to make things run smoother while still striving to keep the small company culture alive.

      Nice perks (free soda, massages, free lunch once a week) Most people were generally friendly

      Cons

      If most of the negative reviews seem to be from Appleton, it's because management clearly showed that they did not value the employees in the Appleton location. There is obvious favoritism. The technology team and management are not open suggestions for improvement or other perspectives and will either completely ignore it or actually tell people to stop giving feedback (!). The culture is very cliquey and unless you are willing to suck up, your suggestions for improvement will not be taken seriously. Communication between the two locations is very poor and it can take an unreasonable amount of time to get an answer to a simple question. This is compounded by the fact that nobody really seem to know what parts of the system are supposed to be doing.

      Requires hard work but in return, one can claim the feeling of success as challenges are met and overcome. Being part of the pioneer company and LEADER in its field, on the cutting edge of mortgage technology. Innovative, fast-paced, exciting and energetic group! Employees are listened to, respected, valued, trusted, treated well, and paid well. Provides flex work hours, lavish amenities, and a team of fun, friendly, brilliant people who truly care about your well being. Management assists with setting goals, outlining clear expectations, and provides ongoing feedback. Mgmt and mentors guide employees toward career advancement.

      Cons

      If you have to work, this is a great place to be!
