      Pros

      Optimal Blue values its employees. Very innovative company with an open-door policy, room for career growth if you want it, and team atmosphere. Sharing ideas and knowledge is highly valued. If you are looking for an environment where you can have fun and challenge yourself, come interview!

      Cons

      There has been a lot of transition due to the company's growth. This has been a bit challenging given new positions and expansion of teams but I am confident this will work itself out with time.

      Pros

      Direction and Vision of the Co-Founders and Senior Management in particular. Market Innovators not afraid to remain entrepreneurial in spirit, and actively cultivates and encourages such structure!

      Cons

      Middle-Management (Division Directors) are poor communicators, causing constant issues where they have to be "gone around" (to the Co-CEO's) directly, in order to get results / implement corporate directives. Very stingy on providing internal feedback, including remiss on mandated regular employee evaluations & reviews. Seem to always find ways to not provide additional compensation or even communicate effectively, avenues for potential advancement or improvement needed.

      Great team, challenging work, good perks (who doesn't like a massage every other week), good growth opportunity, fun environment, flexible work schedule when needed, founders who care about their people

      Cons

      Growth struggles, need more staff but are recruiting, could use better communication (information doesn't flow as easily now that we are bigger)
