      Pros

      - Friday Chair Massage. - Free Lunch. - Team members/Employees are supportive and helpful. - Recent positive initiatives wrt adopting new technologies and industry standards.

      Cons

      - Doesn't/rarely sponsors technical certifications, even if it is related your job. - Limited career growth. - Majority of the applications are outdated and design is unnecessarily complex.

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally very friendly Office space is modern, clean, convenient Agile/scrum process is trying to take hold, this gives developers some amount of liberty to build software as they see fit

      Cons

      Communication between teams is very poor, communication between levels of management is disjointed. Recently acquired, prompting many senior employees to leave. Managers are struggling to find fair & accurate performance metrics. Integrating remote employees into tech teams is also a major struggle.

      Chair massages, espresso machines, soft drinks, lunches brought in frequently, casual environment.

      Cons

      If forced to list con: fast paced environment, A 401k match would be nice, better internal communication.
