      - CEO's who care - Great company culture and perks - Work roles are defined - Communication has been very open If you've worked in a big bureaucratic corporate environment, this is breathe of fresh air.

      Cons

      No Cons thus far. Company is growing and with that comes challenges with adapting and adjusting policies to ensure organization scales appropriately.That will be the challenge ahead Any negative responses on Glassdoor about Optimal Blue are likely from the Appleton, Wisconsin office and not Plano, TX location. The Appleton office was acquired when the company bought LoanSifter

      -Thorough hiring process to hire responsible, talented people so there is no need to micro manage, we all work as a team and rely on each other. -Tremendous growth potential -Products that excite clients (happy clients make for a happy work environment) -Great benefits including massages, group functions that are actually fun

      Cons

      -if you are coming from the mortgage industry, you may be used to making a little more than the starting salary for some of the positions here but for me the improvement of quality of the life and the other benefits balance the reduction of income.
