Pros

Team work is not only talked about and encouraged but it is expected. Hard work is appreciated and everyone having their eye on the goal of moving the company forward makes getting things done easy!

Cons

We are experiencing growing pains so that can be uncomfortable at times.

Pros

Direction and Vision of the Co-Founders and Senior Management in particular. Market Innovators not afraid to remain entrepreneurial in spirit, and actively cultivates and encourages such structure!

Cons

Middle-Management (Division Directors) are poor communicators, causing constant issues where they have to be "gone around" (to the Co-CEO's) directly, in order to get results / implement corporate directives. Very stingy on providing internal feedback, including remiss on mandated regular employee evaluations & reviews. Seem to always find ways to not provide additional compensation or even communicate effectively, avenues for potential advancement or improvement needed.
