Started off alright went down hill quick

It’s a good job if your looking for experience

Cons

Low pay, management expectations of staff seem outlandish considering finite resources, benefits could be a lot better, there is high turnover and the duties of departed staff rollover to current staff creating burnout and more turnover, they have you work towards sales goals however rank and file staff never sees bonuses from meeting these goals. Raises were capped at 2.5%

Leadership does not let you aaa manger have control of your team. There is many situations with extreme favoritism in the Baltimore CSC

Pros

PTO, some nice people, flexible schedule option.

Cons

Favoritism among managers. Likelihood to move up is low. Workload can be quite unmanageable at times, it has become more about squeezing every doller out of the patient than helping them and growing our reputation. Maternity And vacation coverage can be stressful, with no additional back-up.
