At my location, there are excellent people and an overall warm and collaborative culture. Many staff have been with the company for 7+ years. Wonderful opportunities to impact the student population.

Cons

Opportunities to advance your career are few and far between, even with an annual bonus based on a positive review. General feeling of being overworked and understaffed.

Decent Benefits. Generous paid office lunches. On-line format beneficial for many students. Challenging coursework. Generous comp days.

Cons

Corporate approach to education.......some employees may be valued more for the speed of their typing/paperwork completion as opposed to their teaching expertise due to the excessive amount of the day that is consumed with paperwork. Year round schedule. Nepotism .
