First, I would to apologize for my delayed response. Second, I want to thank you for taking the time to write this review. You are right in stating that we have a great group of people making up the OptionsCity family and I am really sorry that your experience with us was not more positive and that you are not part of that team anymore. As a company we are constantly trying to improve. This applies to our products, to our customer support and to our executive team. When the three of us started the company 10 years ago, we were aware that we have the technical skills to build trading software, but we may have lacked in other areas. In the meantime we have built an executive team that I am extremely proud of and that encompasses tens of years of experience and, more importantly, great results and contributions in the financial industry. Our results, products, growth and industry recognition speak to that and to the hard work and dedication that every single person at OptionsCity displays. I would love to discuss this further.
