A company where management has zero integrity.

Pros

The only thing good is they pay you. Work here until you can find a better place to work.

Cons

Management in this company treats junior members like trash. They give you zero support and will lie to you. If you like being treated like a doormat then apply here. You will get promised the world but when you call them on it management is quick to back pedal. There is MUCH better opportunities out there than this company.

Growing pains - but strong leadership and exciting growth

Pros

The leaders have their plates full, and there's still a lot of change to navigate. This is an exciting place to be, and it's a hot growing industry. The vast majority of the leaders I've met are smart, kind, and focused on growth.

Cons

Yes there are growing pains, that happens anytime two companies integrate. The people complaining gave up when things got hard. If you are committed and don't quit at the first challenge, this place is very rewarding, exciting, with a ton of potential for people who are willing to work hard and not just out for a quick buck. The benefits need improving, but health insurance issues are hardly exclusive to this company.

Pros

The hiring process was unlike any other. Being so spread out geographically, they made it easy to interview and interact with everyone. They took the time to answer all my questions and respond in a timely manner.

Cons

On-boarding is still a work in progress. There were things that I needed access to on day one that I did not have, but thats been pretty much the same at every company that I have ever worked for.
